Laura Ingalls Wilder
Perhaps my favorite television program growing up was Little House on the Prairie. The series was taken from a series of children`s books written by Laura Ingalls Wilder.
Since the initial publication of "Little House in the Big Woods" in 1931, the books have been continually in print, and remain in print today around the world, and have been translated into 40 different languages.
Her books brought to life the daily struggles of farm life and good moral values.Labels: Inspirational Women Authors

Little House was definitely one of my favorites as a child too....and I still love to watch it today!
